"Those who may find problems praying may do some inspiring reading, or listen to an inspired piece of music. As long as this is done in offer, in self surrender to Creation, this can work as a prayer.
We should be already “mature” enough to transform our entire lives into a prayer. If we live in a continuous offer to the Cosmos, this is an ongoing prayer.
Today we are invited to hold to the self-awareness of being in a state of continuous prayer. Those who cannot do that – as not everyone remember of offering all they do as a prayer – or cannot remember, for those there are the formal prayers, the structured prayers, the prayer sessions with scheduled timetables. This makes much sense as well, because if many people around the planet gather together to pray at fixed times, this forms strong vortexes of invocation, of transmutation, of purification and all this is very needed in the planet.
Prayer is a very personal thing, very individual, and we only suggest a way of praying when someone else asks us suggestions for it, when the other one still does not know how to pray. But whenever we can take the initiative and pray directly, speak directly to the Hierarchy, to the Creator, speak directly to the Inner Self, all this is very useful. In fact this is what we all should be doing. But not all are ready with these things. So there are those organized prayers, structured prayers, etc, which is the way to make way for prayer. Now those who have a problem with all that, should simply set themselves to pray in their own manner. But do pray, do not skip this.
At moments like this praying is really needed. We are going through a moment which is much more serious than it may appear to be. All what we can see or hear is nothing compared to the real seriousness of this moment. Because the gravity of this moment does not reside in what we can perceive, but it is mainly on the unseen planes. Prayer is today a call to all. Now how to pray, this cannot be imposed. We can suggest, collaborate, help, but each of us who realize the importance of praying, should find out their own ways into praying. We repeat here: If we offer all what we do as a prayer, this is prayer. "
